Our Wonderful Catherine recently attended the ERPW 2023 to share her knowledge of PET/CT. This AMDI poster on ‘Determining Effective dose from modern PET CT imaging: Single centre dose calculations of multiple PET CT scanning protocols’ is for bringing dose information to referring clinicians so that they can compare PET CT radiation exposures to other radiation imaging modalities when referring suitable patients and analysing risk benefit. This will allow referring clinicians to make the most informed decisions when referring patients. The safety of our patients has always been at the forefront of everything we do at Alliance Medical, Catherine’s expertise in the area are unmatched and we are delight to have her representing us!
