Information on the Image Hub

Following completion of your scan with Alliance Medical you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your imaging immediately. You will be prompted to submit a valid email address prior to your scan. The onboarding email will contain an access link, username & password, and help guide. For additional security, you will also need to enter a onetime access code issued to your mobile phone number associated with the scan appointment.

To access the Image Hub please

  • Enter the username and password provided in the onboarding email. On initial log in, you will be prompted to update your password.
  • Enter the 6 digit pin issued to your mobile phone.
  • Read and acknowledge the terms of service, privacy notice and disclaimer provided.
  • Note the ‘Forgot Password’ option which allows you reset your password in the event you forget your password. Once selected, you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.
  • Note, if you enter an invalid password too many times, your account will be locked.
