Image Hub FAQ
How will I receive my images?
You will receive 2 emails from Alliance Medical:
- An Activation email containing your log in information
- An invitation email to view your images
What is my username?
The Username is a unique numerical code provided to you in the activation email
How do I log in for the first time?
To log in you will need the username and password provided to you in the activation email. Please ensure you are not copying this information as it may copy spaces which will not allow you access. Once you enter the username and password, you will be asked for the One-time password (OTP). This OTP will be sent by text to the mobile phone number of file. This will be a 6-digit code Now you will be prompted to change the password to something only you know.
I am trying to view my images on an iphone/ipad but they will not open?
Safari is the default browser on apple products. By default, Safari comes with pop-up blocker enabled. When the pop up blocked is enabled, you may have issues viewing your images. We do not recommend turning off your pop blocker but suggest using the following Browsers, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
I have my log in details, but I am not receiving any OTP?
In the event you are not receiving the OTP it is possible the incorrect number is on file for you. Please contact the centre that performed your scan, and they can confirm your details.
The link I received by text will not allow me to register?
This link is only active until the time of your scan. If you are having issues signing up prior to your scan using the link provided by text, the staff on site will be happy to register you at the time of your appointment
What do I do if I forget to register before my scan?
If you did not register with us prior to your scan, please contact the site that performed the scan, and they will be happy to set up your account.
I have forgotten my password what do I do?
Please use the forgotten password button and an email to reset your password will arrive shortly after in your email inbox.
What do I do if I want a copy of my report?
The Image hub is solely for the viewing and sharing of images. If you wish to see the report or get a copy of it you can do so by contacting the centre that performed the scan. Alternatively please contact your referring clinician to discuss your report.

When I log in there are no images available to view?

What do I do if I think the password, I was provide was wrong?
Double check you have entered it exactly as shown in the email, if the issue persists, please contact imagehub@alliancemedical.ie
I registered my email prior to the scan but never got any emails about my images?
It is possible there is a miss spelling or information missing that has not allowed your account to be configured correctly. Please contact the site where your scan was performed and they can rectify any mistakes.
When I download my images, I am not able to open them?
There is a step-by-step guide on how to do this here Downloading Studies (alliancemedical.ie). If your consultant has requested the images be shared on a disc it is possible to burn the images onto a disc once they are downloaded to your PC.
