Downloading My Exams

If required, you can download your images from the Image Hub.  It is recommended to only download data where there is a clear need to do so.

Warning:  If you choose to download imaging data to your own personal mobile device/laptop, you understand that you are responsible for this data and Alliance Medical has no control and can accept no responsibility for activities performed by you or others in relation to your downloaded imaging data.

1) To download images, click the icon.

This saves a ZIP file to your local drive, including the images in the original DICOM format as well as a DICOM viewer software. If you don’t see the Download Images icon, it means no images are available yet for this study.

2) Typically the studies will download into ‘My Downloads’ on your PC.

3) To view these studies, please navigate to ‘My Downloads’.

4) There will be a folder with your name, along with the modality type and a unique reference number.

5) Select this folder, right click and chose extract all.

6) Select the location you want to extract this folder to.

7) After successful extraction, double click the folder.

8) Double Click CDVIEWER.EXE.

9) This will launch a viewer to allow you to view your images.
