Appointment Scheduler Terms Of Service General
1. Ownership and Operation:
The Alliance Medical Appointment Scheduler (the “Scheduling Hub”) is owned and operated by Alliance Medical Diagnostic Imaging Limited (“We”). We are registered in Ireland under company number 441778 and have our registered office at Portal House, Raheen Business Park, Raheen, Limerick, Ireland.
The Scheduling Hub allows invited patients to self-book diagnostic scan appointments using a onetime booking link.
2. Accepting the Terms:
By using the Scheduling Hub, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Scheduling Hub.
If you are booking on behalf of an invited patient (as an approved carer, next of kin, person authorised to act on their behalf), you shall confirm that:
- you are authorised to act on the invited patient’s behalf.
- you have the patients consent to use their date of birth for the purpose of scheduling appointment.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The most up to date version will always be available via the Scheduling Hub.
3. Eligibility
The Scheduling Hub is available only to invited patients aged 16 or over, or to an approved carer, next of kin or person acting on behalf of an invited patient as described in Section 2.
Access is by invitation only. You will be required to validate the booking using invited patients date of birth to confirm.
Any use of the Scheduling Hub by someone other than invited patient or an authorised person acting on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
4. Access and Link Security
Each booking link is valid for 48 hours and non-transferable.
After 48 hours the link will expire and a member of Alliance Medical staff will contact you to arrange your appointment.
4. Appointment availability:
Appointment slots are subject to availability.
We may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment if clinically or operationally required.
5. Limitations of Liability:
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Scheduling Hub is secure and operates correctly, we do guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage however caused whether authorised or not and regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for loss or damage arising out of or related to: (a) the use of the Scheduler or (b) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
6. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application, and effect over any disputes in relation to the Scheduling Hub.
7. Entire Agreement:
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Alliance Medical and You with respect to Your use of the Scheduling Hub.
If any provision of is found unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
